When you think about this quote, it makes sense. Just like the baggage we carry around with us, sooner or later, we have to lighten the load or we won't be able to walk very well.

Let go of what isn't serving you well. It may not be easy at first, but you will get the hang of it. Your life is important, and to live it unhappily, is so unnecessary.

Reflect and write down what seems to be holding you back, causing your unhappiness, and then decide what you must do to move to a happier and healthier life.

Decide to be happy and you will find ways to make it happen!
