If you don't know who Nick Vujicic is, look him up.  I was humbled when I read his story and realized I have nothing to complain about. 

Nic made his choice about how he was going to live.  You can too.

Choices are one of the constants in life; you have to make them all the time. Whether you are proactively choosing, or passively standing by waiting for whatever is going to happen - both are choices.
