Changes. They happen all the time. I had one on Sunday when my car was totaled in the Walmart parking lot while I was inside shopping. The woman who hit me had the courage and integrity to stay by my car until I came out. Thankfully, she wasn't hurt, and I did all I could to console her.

For some reason, I didn't get upset because I knew I couldn't change or control what happened. I had a choice to either react or respond. I chose to respond with love and kindness because that's what I wanted to do.
