Are you too focused on new customer acquisition?  What about your existing customer base?
When was the last time you contacted a customer to ask how their business was doing and could you provide any additional assistance? 

Why? 

Do you know how much it costs to acquire a new customer  vs. retaining an existing one?

Take care of those who trusted you enough to do business with you and show them a little special attention next week.  You may be very surprised at what will happen.

Sidebar:
It use to drive me crazy when I sold cars in the mid-80's how disproportionate it seemed that existing customers, who are the bread and butter of any company, were never treated with the respect and care that prospects received.  Ever happen to you, as an existing customer?
