Quote: "Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to
success." --- Brian Adams As the saying goes, "Don't sweat the small stuff" and it's all small stuff when you are impatient. Practice discipline with your thoughts. Yes, you can take control of them. The
average person has 30-40 thoughts per minute. Who can deal with all of that? You have to filter what is a priority to you and what isn't. And remember just because it's important to you doesn't mean it's important to everybody. , if you're impatient, don't expect others to react to what you want when you want them to do it. Change the way you handle your thoughts and expectations for yourself. This will bring about a calmness to your life and I suspect you will be a more easy going and happier person. Be calm, be patient, and let life unfold as it will. Have a great day!! Sending love and blessings, Marlene |
