Isn't it amazing when you succeed at something you were pretty sure you couldn't do? How many times in your life has this happened? Many I suspect. Because you were successful, you might take it for granted and forget about the fear you felt beforehand. What's even more amazing is that the fear was unfounded.

Fear is a powerful emotion, very helpful in many situations, and very destructive in others. It's up to you to decide if fear in any situation is your friend or foe and act accordingly. You may find that you are giving unfounded fear too much attention, for too long a period of time, which causes you anxiety that isn't necessary.

Is it easy to change how you feel? That my friend is the million dollar question.
