Do you know any people who have bought into negativity? You know - the ones who always see the problem and don't have any solutions? They like to complain and bring others into their "world". I know I have and the conversation gets old really fast for me. If you're not careful, you can get caught up with it and before you know it - you sound negative too.

Is this what your intention is? If not, consider taking a step back and asking yourself if what you are saying is really how you think or feel.
