Maybe you think this is a really simple quote. Perhaps it is on the surface and may I suggest that you consider it's meaning. When we practice using our abilities, they become better. Think back on the first time you had to write your name. It was pretty hard but as you continued doing it, honing your skill, it became easier and almost automatic after a while.

What abilities or skills do you have that could be improved upon by using them more? Ask any professional how they became so good at what they do. I believe that practicing over and over again will be on their list. I know it's one of the top 10 of mine.
