If you're in the U.S. A., like I am, more than likely this Thursday you will be celebrating Thanksgiving.

As you sit down with your families and friends for dinner, will you be thinking of some of those things you're most thankful for?

Your life?
Your family?
Your loved ones?
Your friends?
Your prosperity?
Your food?

What else do you have to be thankful for? I believe the list is long, yet sometimes we forget and focus on what we don't have instead of focusing on all that we do have.

Are you thankful for your abilities, talents and gifts you've been given? You see whatever you have, there is someone, somewhere else in this world who could never have it. I suspect they would gladly pay money for it or trade places with you to get it.

Example: You and I can see - our eyes work as we scan the computer screen. Do you think someone who is blind might want to pay us money or trade with us just so they could have that ability too?

Really take a moment today, whether you celebrate Thanksgiving or not, and truly focus - write it down - on what you have to be thankful for, what you have to be grateful for. Add to your list each day for a month. Look at the list at least twice a day. At the end of 30 days decide:
Are you thankful and grateful enough yet? Can you add more each day to your list?

When you continuously express your thankfulness and gratitude, somehow your life changes and wonderful things start to happen.

Let's work together to celebrate all that is good in ourselves, in humanity and let's be thankful that we have each other. Though the world may not be perfect, there are a lot of positive people here and I am really grateful for YOU!
