Life is lived moving forward. Sometimes you can be so overwhelmed with grief or guilt you forget to think about what is still there. It's hard, especially right now as the pandemic has put most people on edge.

Is it hard for you to look at your future when there is so much uncertainty? Many can't, yet others can focus on what is yet to be in their lives. There are people who have been through tragic loss but somehow they seem to have a spirit about them, a never give up attitude. They don't focus too long on what was, what use to be; they can look at their life and anticipate what it can become. I know I don't have the answer as to how to do this successfully, all the time. Maybe you do?
