Have you ever thought or said out loud, "Oh he's a natural, I wish I could do that." Or "She makes it look so easy; wish I was that lucky" Well, I don't believe it's that easy. Sure some people look like they're a natural but what's really behind the scenes that makes them good?

Ask anyone who you think didn't have to work for what they wanted, including Tom Brady who just won his 5th Super Bowl, how they got to be that good. You shouldn't be surprised when they say they couldn't have done it without a lot of practice, self-motivation, and good coaches and/or mentors.
