Sometimes you forget that other people's stuff is not your stuff. You get involved in things that don't belong to you and then wonder why you're stressed out.

You have your own life to live, your own problems and opportunities to work on. It's wonderful to listen when someone needs to talk, to be there when they need a helping hand and not take their problems on as your own. Is it tough to do? Yes, if you're not used to it.
